A little bit about me
I began my career as a personal trainer early 2018 and haven't looked back!Â
My love for training began when I was around 16 years old and my mum decided to put me into boxing classes to help defend myself. But not only did it teach me defence techniques, I finally found something that I enjoyed and had a passion for. Ever since, my goal has been to help women realise their full potential and empower them through fitness.Â
I work with all clients and specialise in weight loss and boxing training.Â
My aim is to help individuals feel inspired and confident through fitness.
